I couldn't have asked for a better location, right on Central Park and 5th Avenue. The rooms were not only spacious and clean but also came with luxury amenities like a separate living room, two walk-in closets, and a mini kitchen. It was a delightful stay overall.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they could benefit from better soundproofing to block out outside noise. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me promptly. The location couldn't have been better, right by Central Park, although the noise from the busy streets might bother light sleepers. The dining options were average, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The service was exceptional, comparable to that of The Sherry Netherland; the staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering a range of amenities from room service to valet parking. The location was prime, being on the corner of Central Park, though light sleepers might find the frequent car horn noise a downside. Dining in the restaurant was a mixed experience with low-quality food but delicious homemade bread. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor areas for improvement.
